How did Karolina Kurkova lose pregnancy weight?

Why is it that celebs have no problem losing pregnancy weight?  Well, because they make a living from how they look so it is as important for them as it is for the rest of us to work hard in the office.  I think if we were also judged on how we look by our offices, trust me, the world will not have an obesity problem.

The Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova had no problem losing her baby weight.  Apparently she is fond of personal trainer Tracy Anderson (the woman behind the baby food diet) and enjoys Pilates.  She also did ballet, dancing, and aerobics.  By adding a lot of fiber to her diet she made sure that her stomach was full but she was not eating the calories.
