How did Adriana Lima lose her pregnancy weight?

Why is it that impossible tasks like losing baby weight seem so easy for celebs.  Adriana Lima actually told a tabloid that it wasn't that bad to do do and that it was easy.  A mere six months later she looks as if she never got pregnant.  I guess it is the dedication that they have towards the gym.  For her, it is 1-2 hours of cardio every day, which trust me, is a lot because most women don't do this daily and not for this long.  In addition she sticks to a protein-rich diet shunning carbs altogether.
