Well, some of them do when they undergo the so-called "mommy makeovers" that typically include liposuction, tummy tuck, and breast lift, but in the case of Jennifer Lopez, to the best of my knowledge, it was all through hard work.

As we know, like Madonna, J Lo is a fitness fanatic, and while she may be training for a triathlon supposedly because of inspiration she received from her kids, but in reality, she just wants to be fit. In this post-baby bikini photo taken on a yacht in Italy, it does not appear that she needs to anything more.

So how did she do it?

Many moms report that breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do for your body. The other step that you can do is to adjust your diet since you are no longer pregnant. The dietary changes are even more important if you are not nursing. And finally, you might want to fool yourself that just caring for the baby keeps you on your toes and is enough exercise, the reality is that unless you have a proper workout regimen, you are not going to lose those pregnancy pounds right away.
